The contest period is from January 5, 2026 to February 22, 2026. All qualifying actions must be completed by February 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Winners will be chosen by random draw within about 3 days after the contest ends. Winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question.

If a selected winner doesn’t respond within 5 days, another winner may be chosen.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry AND who are current or former Neo Financial accountholders that have received an official invitation to participate in the Giveaway from Neo Financial directly via email or in-app notification, or who have entered via the “no purchase” option. Employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Neo or any of its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and any persons domiciled with such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win.

Participation constitutes your full and unconditional acknowledgement and agreement to these rules, Neo’s Platform Terms and Conditions, Rewards Policy, and Privacy Policy, and Neo’s decisions and interpretations relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs from January 12, 2026 - February 22, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter

Signed up participants earn multiple entries based on qualifying balance growth. A total of 17 entries are possible. During the Giveaway Period, you can enter by:

3.1 Deposit Entries. Customers automatically receive 1 entry for setting up a Neo Saving Account, naming that account “Emergency Fund” and funding the account with a minimum of $20. Account adjustment including transactions/returns and interest aren't considered eligible deposits. Entries from unauthorized transactions or entries made through fraudulent means are void.

3.2 No-Purchase Entry. You will automatically receive 1 entry when you send Neo a unique, dated, and handwritten letter (in English) of at least 300 words sharing a financial goal you are working toward and why it matters to you. Letters must include your legal name, province of residence, telephone number, and email address. Neo is not responsible for lost entries. 3.3 Bonus Entries. You are eligible for 5 additional entries when you enable weekly autosave. You are eligible for an additional 10 entries when you make your Emergency Fund a joint account.

4. Winner Selection

Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received.

The winner is selected via a random draw approximately 3 days after the end of the Giveaway Period. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to require the winner to sign and return a completed declaration of eligibility and compliance with these rules and a liability release before being declared the winner. A time-limited skill testing question is required. If a selected winner does not respond to us or fails to meet any of the requirements of selection within 5 days, then the Prize will be forfeited by that selected winner. Another entry will be randomly selected from among the remaining entries.

5. Prize Description

The winner(s) will be provided with instructions on what they are required to do to claim a/the Prize. The Prize(s) has/have no equivalent cash value, are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made. The Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. Neo reserves the right to substitute any Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly described as being included as part of the Prize, such as any fee associated with the receipt and/or use of the Prize. In no event will more than one winner be declared or will more than one Prize be issued. The winner understands and agrees that use of a Prize for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. You must be a current Neo Savings account holder to claim the prize.

6. Use of Personal Information

By entering the Giveaway and voluntarily providing your personal information as described in these rules, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure by Neo, its respective employees and/or authorized agents, of your personal information, for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including but not limited to contacting you with respect to the Giveaway. Personally-identifiable information will only be used to administer the Giveaway and for no other purpose, except as specifically outlined in these rules. Personally-identifiable information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed by Neo to any third party, other than to a third party engaged by Neo for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, or if required by law with the exception that aggregated information may be used by or shared amongst Neo and its subsidiaries and affiliates, or shared by Neo with third parties in accordance with Neo’s Privacy Policy.

7. Publicity Consent

By entering the Giveaway, you agree that if you are determined to be a winner, Neo may use your name, comments, voice, likeness, municipality of residence, and picture in any advertising, promotion, or publicity carried out now or in the future, in any media without compensation or notice, and you grant to Neo any and all rights to such use. You agree to cooperate with Neo in arranging for photographs or other forms of publicity and to be available for photographs or other forms of publicity on reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability/Release

By entering this Giveaway, and as a condition of acceptance of the Prize, you, your heirs, executors, administrators, legal person representatives, successors, and assigns, agree, among other things, to hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and forever discharge and hold harmless Neo, and each of their respective direct and indirect parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, advisors, franchisees, shareholders, partners, representatives, their advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all losses, damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages), rights, claims, actions, causes of action, injuries, property damage or death, demands, liabilities, suits, obligations, duties, acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, losses, expenses, costs, rights of indemnity, and all other claims and rights whatsoever, including without limitation all costs and liabilities of any kind including legal fees on a substantial indemnity scale, hereinafter called “Claims” and including without limitation any Claims arising from any act of gross negligence of the Released Parties, that you now have, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting or arising from: (i) participation in this Giveaway or the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse, or enjoyment of any Prize, and where applicable, traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Giveaway-related or Prize-related event or activity; or (ii) the publicity rights granted to Neo. You specifically acknowledge that you understand that there may be serious risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage associated with the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize and attendance at any event or participation in certain Prize-related activities, and you voluntarily assume these risks. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all Claims in respect of the foregoing.

9. Errors and Malfunctions

Neo is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions occurring as part of this Giveaway, or any internet connection, computer systems, networks, servers, software, hardware, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, nor for any postal delays or disruptions or anything else that prevents us from receiving an entry within the time period required by these rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the email address submitted with the entry associated with the winning entry. Neo is not liable to any person for any loss whatsoever (including but not limited to any failure to receive a Prize) which results wholly or in part from any erroneous or misleading contact or identity information provided to us in an entry.

10. Rights to Terminate/Modify/Suspend Giveaway

Neo retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate any aspect of the Giveaway (including, but not limited to these rules) at any time. Neo may make substitutions of equivalent kind or value for any reason whatsoever. Neo may terminate or withdraw this Giveaway at any time by posting a notice.

11. Third-Party Release

This Giveaway is in no way conducted, sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media service on which it may be promoted, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. No third party, their affiliates, employees, or representatives are responsible for this Giveaway including the coordination, sponsorship, Prize, or administration of this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you completely release all such parties from all claims based on, relating to, or arising from this Giveaway and any other liability whatsoever in connection with this Giveaway.

12. Additional Terms

By entering, you represent to Neo that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (including a winner) and revoke their Prize for fraud, submission of offensive or illegal content, violating the entry process, causing deliberately damage, manipulating or undermining the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, for violating these rules or our Platform Terms and Conditions, or any other content deemed unacceptable at our sole discretion. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them. In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these rules and any other Giveaway disclosures or other statements, the provisions in these rules will govern. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of all Canadian provinces and territories excluding Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein and each entrant attorns to the courts of the province they reside in (excluding Quebec) for all disputes.
