What if your application is under review
If your application is under review, we’re reviewing your details. You'll receive an email with updates or asking you for more details.
Tip: Keep an eye on your email including the junk/spam folder.
Did we ask for more details or documents?
If we ask for more details or documents, find the instructions in the email on how to send us the requested details or documents.
Here are some common types of documents:
Photos of same ID document you have used in the application
Photos of secondary ID document
Proof of your address, such as utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months

After your application is reviewed
We’ll email you with steps to finish your application or notify you if your application wasn’t approved.
Your application is approved
If your application was approved and it still says "in-progress," log in to your Neo account, accept the terms and conditions, and finish setting up your account.

Your application wasn’t approved
If your application wasn’t approved, you can find out why we might not have approved you. Before you submit a new application, chat with us to see if you’re reapply.
Note: If your application wasn’t approved due to credit reasons, we advise you to wait for a few months before reapplying to avoid impacting your credit score.
What if your account is under review
You don’t need to contact us if your account is under review. Our team will email you with more instructions or notify you that your account is ready to use.
