How the credit limit increase challenge works
If you choose to join the challenge:
You’ll be given one specific challenge to complete
The challenge must be completed within your first month
You must also pay at least the minimum payment on your first statement
Once everything is completed and verified, you may become eligible for a credit limit increase
The exact requirements and timeline for your challenge are included in the confirmation email you'll receive after you apply for your credit card.
Each client may receive a different challenge. For full details, refer to your email.

Only eligible clients will get the option to join a credit limit increase challenge. We'll let you know when you're applying for a credit card if you're eligible.
If you don’t see the challenge, you can continue applying for the credit card as usual.
What happens after I complete the challenge?
After you complete the challenge requirements and pay at least the minimum payment on your first statement, Neo will review your account to confirm everything is in good standing. You'll then receive an email if you're eligible for a higher credit limit. You'll then need to accept the increase in the Neo app or website.
The increase is usually ready within 3 business days, but may take longer on weekends.
