How to turn on privacy mode
After you turn on privacy mode, you can’t see your account balances for credit and Neo Money accounts (including the Neo Everyday account, Neo Savings account, and Neo High-Interest Savings account).

How to turn off privacy mode

Note: Privacy mode is currently not available for the Neo Invest account.
Unable to view your account balances and transactions?
If you're unable to view your account balances or transaction amounts, then you may have privacy mode enabled. After you disable privacy mode, you'll be able to view your account balance and transaction amounts.
