How to check your transaction status

You can easily see all your transactions and those that are pending by following the steps outlined below. First, sign in to your account by using the Neo Financial app or online on our website.


If you're using the App:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the 'Accounts' tab.
    • This should be the first page that opens.
    • Or, you can click the little house icon at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. At the top of your screen, select the box that says 'Credit'
  3. Once on this screen, below will be a list of all your transactions. 

If you're using the Website:

  1. Open the 'Accounts' tab from the left hand side of your screen.
  2. Select the option 'Credit' underneath it. 
  3. A tab with your transactions will open up.
    • Scroll down to your transaction history. 

Pending transactions will have the word 'Pending' beside the date in both the app and website. Transactions and payments made on your account usually take 2-3 business days to be posted. The 'Pending' message will disappear from your transaction once it is posted. 

Unfortunately, transactions and payments are not processed on holidays.
