To help keep your Neo account secure, you'll be asked to verify the device you're logging in from by entering in a verification code sent to your phone. Neo uses two-factor authentication (2FA) by sending a verification code to your phone.
You'll get a text message to your mobile number registered with your Neo account. If the phone number is a landline, you'll receive an automated phone call.
Never share your verification code with anyone. The Neo team will never ask you for a verification code.
How to verify a device
Every time you log in to an unrecognized device, you'll be asked to enter a verification code. The code will be sent to your phone. After you enter the code, you can choose to remember the device so you don't have to enter a verification code next time you log in with that device.
