Transfers to and from the Money account are subject to a transaction, daily, weekly, and monthly limit. This includes Interac e-Transfer® requests, electronic fund transfers (EFTs), bill payments, and transfers within Neo.
Interac e-Transfer® limits
- Transaction maximum: $3,000
- Daily maximum: $10,000
- Weekly maximum: $10,000
- Monthly maximum: $20,000
Electronic fund transfers
- Maximum outbound transaction to an external bank: $30,000
- Maximum inbound transaction from an external bank: $100,000
Bill payments
- Maximum payment: $25,000
Neo-to-Neo transfers
- Transaction maximum: $5,000
- Daily maximum: $10,000
- Weekly maximum: $20,000
- Monthly maximum: $30,000
