Transfers between Neo Money accounts are instant and the current balance updates in real-time whereas transfers from an external bank to Neo Money accounts take 1-3 business days.

If you can’t access the funds in your Neo Money accounts, your funds may be on hold (not available to use). Due to pending transactions, such as refunds from merchants (to the Neo Everyday account), EFTs, or direct deposits (from an employer, the government, or other businesses) that are yet to post to your account.

To view your Neo Money accounts transactions (pending and posted), go to Money, select your Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, or Neo High-Interest Savings account, and scroll down.
