You can add up to one additional cardholder to your Neo credit cards and share your credit limit with someone you trust, like a partner or a family member.
Go to Credit and select your card to add an additional cardholder to your account.

How an additional card works
When you add an additional cardholder to your Neo credit card, you’ll share your credit limit with the additional cardholder. The additional cardholder will be able to make purchases or use the additional card in case of an emergency.
Annual fees for additional cards
An annual fee of $10 will be charged for each additional Neo Mastercard or additional Neo World Mastercard. An annual fee of $49 will be charged for each additional Neo World Elite Mastercard. Annual fees are non-refundable.
Physical additional card
The additional cardholder gets instant access to a virtual card. They can use the card’s details for online purchases or add the card to their mobile wallet. A physical card will be mailed to the additional cardholder.
Account access and permissions
The additional cardholder is able to view all transactions (including all transactions made by the account owner before an additional card was added). The additional cardholder can manage their own card (including freezing the card), but only the account owner can remove the additional card from the account.
Benefits included with the additional card
Additional cardholders have access to the same card benefits as the primary card, including cashback rewards and any insurances that come with the card. Please review the insurance certificates for full details about any insurances that come with the cards.

What credit cards are eligible?
Additional cardholders can be added to the following cards:
- Neo Mastercard
- Neo World Mastercard®
- Neo World Elite® Mastercard®
Currently, additional cardholders can’t be added to the Neo Money card, JA Money card, or Cathay World Elite® Mastercard.
Can I set a separate spending limit for the additional card?
No, the additional cardholder uses the same credit limit as your account.
Can the additional cardholder manage my account?
No, the additional cardholder can only manage their own card’s settings. They can’t make changes to your account.
Can the additional cardholder see account information?
The additional cardholder can view their card’s details and all transactions (including all transactions made by the account owner before an additional card was added).
How does cashback and rewards work for additional cards?
When the additional cardholder uses their card, the account owner earns the cashback. All spending with the primary card and additional card contributes to cashback offers. For example, the account owner can start a cashback offer and then any spending by the additional cardholder will contribute to the same offer.
Who is responsible for making payments?
The account owner is fully responsible for the entire account balance, including transactions made by the additional cardholder. Making payments to the account is optional for the additional cardholder.
