When Interac e-Transfer is unavailable
Interac e-Transfer® services are unavailable from 1 AM to 2 AM PT (4 AM to 5 AM ET) on October 14, 2026.
During that time:
You can’t send, receive, or process Interac e-Transfer® payments.
Interac e-Transfer® payment deposit links won’t work.
Email, SMS, and push notifications about Interac e-Transfer® payments may be delayed.
What you need to do
If you send or receive an Interac e-Transfer® during the planned maintenance, you can try your transfer again after 2 AM PT (5 AM ET) on October 14.
Your money and account aren’t affected by this maintenance.
