You can add up to one additional cardholder to your Neo credit cards and share your credit limit with someone you trust, like a partner or a family member. Additional cards are available for the Neo Mastercard, Neo World Mastercard®, and Neo World Elite® Mastercard (including cards with traditional credit and secured credit).

When you add an additional cardholder to your Neo credit card, you’ll share your credit limit with the additional cardholder. The additional cardholder will be able to make purchases or use the additional card in case of an emergency.

There's no fee to add an additional card to a Neo Mastercard or Neo World Mastercard®. An annual fee of $49 will be charged for each additional Neo World Elite Mastercard. Annual fees are non-refundable.

The additional cardholder gets instant access to a virtual card. They can use the card’s details for online purchases or add the card to their mobile wallet. A physical card will be mailed to the additional cardholder.

The additional cardholder is able to view all transactions (including all transactions made by the account owner before an additional card was added). The additional cardholder can manage their own card (including freezing the card), but only the account owner can remove the additional card from the account.

Additional cardholders have access to the same card benefits as the primary card, including cashback rewards and any insurances that come with the card. Please review the insurance certificates for full details about any insurances that come with the cards.

Currently, additional cardholders can’t be added to the Neo Money card, JA Money card, or Cathay World Elite® Mastercard.
