Note: To unlock the ATM fee reimbursement feature, you need to be subscribed to the Build or the Grow membership.
How ATM fee reimbursement works
When you withdraw cash with your Neo Money card, Neo doesn’t charge any fees. However, most ATMs add their own operator fees, usually around $3.
If an ATM charges you a fee, Neo will automatically reimburse you up to $5 per withdrawal. You’ll still pay the fee when you take out the cash, but the reimbursement is usually deposited back into your Neo Everyday account within about 1 minute.
Any ATM withdrawal made in Canada and in Canadian dollars is eligible for this reimbursement, as long as an ATM operator fee was charged.
