You can set up Autodeposit for Interac e-Transfer® payments to your Neo Everyday account.
Autodeposit makes receiving Interac e-Transfer® payments easier by directly depositing the funds into your account, without the need for a security question.
Link an email address to set up Autodeposit when you log in to your Neo account.
Set up Autodeposit
Enable Autodeposit from your profile settings by linking your email address.

Log in to the Neo app
Tap the Profile icon (top right corner)
Select Autodeposit and tap Continue
Tap Register and enter your email
Check your inbox for a verification email, then tap Complete registration

Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Click the Profile icon (top right corner)
Select Interac e-Transfer®and select Autodeposit
Click on Continue, enter your email, and select Register
Check your inbox for a verification email, and then select Complete registration
Note: If you can’t find the verification email, try checking your spam folder.
Remove Autodeposit
If you don’t want your Interac e-Transfer® payments to be automatically deposited any longer, you can disable your Autodeposit from your profile settings.

Tap the Profile icon (top right corner)
Select Autodeposit
Under Registered emails, select the email you want to remove
Tap Delete

Select Interac e-Transfer® and select Autodeposit
Under Autodeposit, tap the email you want to remove
Click on Delete
