You can view your Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, and Neo High-Interest Savings account details from the Neo app or website.

In the Accounts tab, select the account
Tap Manage (in the top right corner)
Select Account details

Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Click on Money from the left-side menu
Select your account
Click on Details
Incorrect direct deposit details for payment
If incorrect direct deposit details (including account, institution, or transit number) are used for a transfer or deposit, contact the sending institution to reverse the transfer. You won't receive the funds into your Neo Chequing account, Neo Everyday account, Neo Savings account, or Neo High-Interest Savings account, and the funds will be returned to the sender. Neo can't help if the transfer wasn't started from your Neo Chequing, Everyday, Neo Savings, or Neo HISA accounts.
