We’re making some changes to the agreements for the Neo Savings account. The Neo Client Agreement and Neo Cash Account Disclosure Statement and Fee Schedule will be updated on April 10, 2026.
These changes only impact the Neo Savings account. So if you have other products with Neo, those products aren’t impacted by the changes.
Here are the current and new agreements:

Neo Cash Account Disclosure Statement and Fee Schedule
Updated Neo Cash Account Disclosure Statement and Fee Schedule (April 10, 2026) - Renamed to Neo Savings Account Disclosure Statement and Fee Schedule
No action is needed. You can continue using your Neo products and services as usual. By continuing to use your Neo Savings account after April 10, 2026, you're agreeing to the new agreements.
For Quebec residents: If you don't agree with these changes, you may terminate your account with us by April 10, 2026, without a penalty or charge after any outstanding amounts owed to Neo are paid in full.
