If you're in a situation where you think you may be the victim of a scam, there are some things you can do to help you avoid fraudulent charges.

What to do if you get scammed

Freeze your card

In case your card information has been compromised, immediately log in, freeze your card, and request a replacement. If your other account information has also been compromised, freeze your card and contact us.

Here’s how you can freeze your card and request a replacement.

Temporarily freeze your account

In case your account has been compromised in some way, contact us and we can place a temporary freeze on your account. A temporary freeze would prevent you or anyone else from logging into it. We can help you reset your password and update any information before the account is unfrozen.

Report transactions

In case you’ve got fraudulent transactions on your account because of a scam, you can dispute them.

If you have shared your card information with someone else and they’ve made transactions on your card, this can’t be disputed. Here’s how to file a dispute.
