If you’re missing cashback, go to Rewards to verify the location you made a purchase at is a Neo partner. You can then report missing cashback from the transaction details. Here’s a step-by-step guide to report a missing cashback.

If you didn’t get the expected cashback, then it could be due to one of two reasons:
