Please follow these quick and easy steps to redeem an item from the store.
- To start, log in to your Neo Account on the app and navigate to the rewards wallet in the top left hand corner
- Once there, tap on the Redeem tile to enter the store. You’ll be able to browse the curated items available here!
- Select the item you’d like to redeem, pick your size if applicable, and tap Redeem
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after with your receipt included
