What's a scam?

  • Updated

As fraud and financial scamming has become increasingly digital, most scams are now executed through text, email, and phone.

A scam is when someone tries to trick you in order to take money or other valuables from you.

A scam can also be when someone makes a purchase on your account without your permission.

Keep in mind, Neo Financial will never ask you to:

  • Provide personal banking information such as your credit card number, PIN, and account passwords.
  • Request money through e-Transfer, wire transfer, and cash.
  • Urgently purchase/spend money on a website.
