There are two different ways to apply for the Neo Secured Card.
Applying online
- Visit member.neofinancial.com on your mobile or desktop browser (you will need a smartphone and email address).
- Follow the guided steps to create your account.
- Once your account is created, you will be taken to a page that has two boxes, one for "Credit" and one for "Money."
- Tap the Get started button for “Credit.”
- You can select either the Neo Card or the Hudson’s Bay Mastercard®. (You may have click the arrow to see the card you want)
- Select Apply now to get taken through the application process!
- On the “What type of credit are you looking for?” screen, select “Secured Card”.
Applying with the Neo app
- Download the Neo Financial app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Tap Sign up and follow the guided steps
- Once your account is created, you will be taken to a page that has two boxes, one for "Credit" and one for "Money."
- Tap the Get started button for “Credit.”
- You can select either the Neo Credit Card or the Hudson’s Bay Mastercard®. (You may have to swipe to see the card you want)
- Tap Apply now to be walked through the entire application process.
- If your application is declined for credit, do not worry! The app will walk you through applying for the Secured Card.
- You will still have the option to choose the Hudson’s Bay Secured Card or the Neo Secured Card.
