How do I increase my Secured Card credit limit?

You can raise your credit limit using your linked account through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by using your Neo Money Account!  

From your linked account online:

1. Login to your Neo account online at: member.neofinancial.com.
2. Select the ‘Credit’ header.
3. Select ‘Account’.
4. Underneath the ‘Account Management’ header, you can select ‘Manage security funds.’
5. Select ‘Fund.’
6. Next you can select where you want to move your funds from.
7. Use the slider to select your new credit limit.
8. Select ‘Continue’ and voila!

From your Neo Money Account or linked account in your Neo app:

1. Login to your Neo app.
2. Select your ‘Credit’ header.
3. Select the three dots at the top right hand side of the screen.’
4. Select ‘Manage security funds.’
5. Select ‘Fund.’
6. Next you can select where you want to move your funds from (Money or Linked Accounts).
7. Use the slider to select your new credit limit.
8. Select ‘Continue’ and voila!
