How do I increase my credit limit?

Credit limit increases can be offered once you’ve had your card with us for 6 months.

To see if you’re eligible for an increase log in to your Neo app and follow these steps:

1. Select the bubble that reads ‘Credit.’
2. Next, select the three dots at the top right of the screen. 
3. Here you will see ‘Change credit limit’ (if you are eligible).
