What should I do if I don’t receive my rewards?

You can report missed rewards if you’ve made a purchase with a partner and you did not receive cashback, or a punch towards cashback, following the steps outlined below. 

 

To report a missing reward in the app:

  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Select your Credit account.
  3. Select the relevant transaction.
  4. Tap Report missing reward.


We will review your report and contact you if you’ve missed a reward.
