If you’ve missed out on cashback for an eligible transaction made with your card, you can report it on the Neo app or website.

How to report missing cashback

Before you proceed, explore the Rewards map to make sure that the location you used your card at is still a Neo partner. Here's how you can view Neo cashback partners.

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
  2. Select the Credit or Money option at the top of the page and select your account
  3. Select the transaction you want to report for missing cashback
  4. Tap Report missing reward

Web

  1. Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
  2. Select Credit or Money from the menu (based on the card you used)
  3. Select the transaction you want to report for missing cashback
  4. Select Report missing reward
