What should I do if I don’t receive my Hudson’s Bay Rewards points?

They can be reached at 1 (800) 844-8131 (for Rewards and Rewards Plus members) or 1 (866) 923-9637 (for VIP members). 

Be ready to provide your purchase details including the date, store, terminal, transaction number, and form of payment. You will find the purchase details on your sales receipt.
