Send and receive ‌Interac e-Transfers® to and from your Neo Money™️ account.

How to send an Interac e-Transfer®

Neo app

  • Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
  • Tap the Payments icon
  • Select Send and enter the amount
  • Select a contact (add a contact or select a previous one)
  • Set a security question (only needed if the receiver doesn’t have autodeposit set up)
  • Tap Review
  • Tap Confirm

  • Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
  • Click on Payments from the menu
  • Select Send and enter the amount
  • Search for a contact (add a contact or select a previous one)
  • Set a security question (only needed if the receiver doesn’t have auto-deposit set up)
  • Click Continue
  • Review and click Send.

How to request an Interac e-Transfer®

  • Select a contact (add a contact or select a previous one)
  • Tap Review
  • Tap Confirm

How to receive an Interac e-Transfer®

If you have a Junior Achiever account, you’ll need to set up Autodeposit to receive an Interac e-Transfer®. Here’s how to set up Autodeposit.

  • When you receive an email from Interac, deposit your funds to Neo Money by Concentra Bank
  • Enter your security answer for the transfer
  • If the correct answer is entered, the funds will automatically be deposited into your Neo Money™️ account

Autodeposit

When you enable autodeposit, Interac e-Transfers® sent to the email registered with your Neo Financial account will be deposited directly into the Neo Money™️ account without a security question.

Here’s how you can set up autodeposit.

Transfer limits

Interac e-Transfers® are subject to daily, weekly, and monthly limits. For each transaction the limit is $3,000. You can learn more about transfer limits.

Transfer funds to yourself with Interac e-Transfer®

To transfer funds from one financial institution to another with Interac e-Transfer®, you need to add yourself as a contact. 

You can make the transfer to yourself by adding your email or phone number associated with your Neo Financial account.
