How do I send and receive an Interac e-Transfer® with my Neo Money account?

To send an Interac e-Transfer® from your Neo Money, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Sign into the app.
  2. Tap the Payments tab (the two arrows icon) at the bottom of your screen on the app.
  3. Click the contact of the person you want to send the Interac e-Transfer to. 
    • You may have to add them first if you haven’t added them as a contact yet. Tap ‘Add Contact’ and add their name and email and/or phone number.
  4. Tap Send.
  5. Enter the amount you want to transfer, then select the arrow. 
  6. Confirm the amount to send, and the security question. 
    • If you want to change the security question, tap it to enter a new one.
  7. Tap Transfer to send the funds.

If you want to receive an Interac e-Transfer® to your Neo Money account, follow the steps outlined below. 

  1. Login to your account with your other financial institution either through their app or website.
  2. Add yourself as a contact under their e-transfer option.
  3. Enter either an email or a phone number.
  4. Then send yourself your chosen amount(s) through this contact.
  5. Once you get the notification from Interact, search for your financial institution to deposit as “Neo Money by Concentra Bank”
  6. Enter your password for the transfer.
  7. If the correct answer to the security question is entered, the funds will automatically be deposited into your Neo Money account.
