You can make certain changes to your account independently, including to your secondary email, phone number, and home address. First, sign in to your account by using the Neo Financial app or at member.neofinancial.com on your browser.
To make changes in the app:
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select Personal details.
- Select the information you want to edit and complete the selected updates.
To make changes online:
- Select the Profile tab on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Personal details tab.
- Select the information you want to edit and complete the selected updates.
