How do I view my PIN?

If you want to view your PIN, sign into your Neo account at member.neofinancial.com or the app.

Follow the step by step instructions outlined below to view your PIN.

To view your PIN online:

1. Sign in to your Neo account at member.neofinancial.com.
2. Tap the card icon tab on the left side of the screen.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll down to the “PIN & Security” section
5. Tap View PIN (you will be redirected to a new page).
6. Tap Show PIN.
7. Enter your password in the pop up that appears.

To view your PIN in the app:

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Tap the card icon tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
4. Tap View PIN.

Tap Show PIN (you will be prompted for your password or biometrics for security).
