Updates to agreements and policies (June 2025)

We're revising a few policies to keep them up-to-date with Neo's growing suite of products. As Neo prepares for new products, enhanced features, and expanded partnerships, we want to ensure our policies are easy to read and remain current with our offerings.

The following policies are changing:

Neo Privacy Policy: Will be updated on July 23 to be easier to read, remain current with our suite of products and partners, and clarify how your information is managed.
Rewards Policy: Updated on June 23 to support new products and features.
Complaints Resolution Policy: Updated on June 23 to clarify the complaints resolution process.
Platform Terms and Conditions: Updated on June 23 to support new products and features.
Mobile Wallet Terms and Conditions: Updated on June 23 to support new products and features.
Neo Mastercard Agreement: Updated on June 23 to support future features.
Neo Mastercard Disclosure Statement and Fee Schedule: Updated on June 23 to support future features.
Neo Everyday Account Disclosure Statement and Fee Schedule: Updated on June 23 to support future features.
Neo High-Interest Savings Account Disclosure Statement and Fee Schedule: Updated on June 23 to support future features.

No action is needed. You can continue using your Neo products and services as usual. By continuing to use your Neo products or services after the date of their respective update, you're agreeing to the new changes.

For Quebec residents: If you don't agree with these changes, you may terminate your account with us by August 23, 2025, without a penalty or charge after any outstanding amounts owed to Neo are paid in full.

Neo Privacy Policy

The Neo Privacy Policy has undergone a top-to-bottom review to make sure it remains current with our suite of products, services, and partners. As we continue to grow our offerings, we want the policy to be more flexible and clear about how we manage your information.
Here are the main changes:

The entire policy is easier to understand. We’ve cleaned up the wording to remove outdated, confusing, and repetitive content.
We now clearly specify that the policy applies to all of our products (including Neo Money accounts, credit cards, Neo Invest, and Neo Mortgage).
We’ve updated the descriptions of how we collect, use, and disclose your information so we can continue to provide you with ever-improving products and services.
We’ve made it clearer how and where we interact with third-party partners to collect or disclose information.

The updated Neo Privacy Policy will go into effect on July 23, 2025.
