How do I sign up for a Neo Credit card?

There are two different ways to apply for the Neo Credit™ card: online via our website or with the Neo Financial app.

Apply online

1. Visit member.neofinancial.com/signup using your mobile or desktop browser (you’ll need a mobile phone number and email address).
2. Follow the guided steps to create your account.
3. Once your account is created, you will be taken to a page that has two boxes, one for "Credit" and one for "Money."
4. Click the Get started button. 
5. Locate the Neo Credit card option (the white card).
6. Tap Apply now and you will be taken through the application process.

Apply from the Neo app

1. Download the Neo Financial app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Tap Sign up and follow the guided steps
3. Once your account is created, you will be redirected to a page featuring our products.
4. To start an application for a Neo credit card, click the Get started button. 
5. Locate the Neo Credit card option (the white card).
6. Swipe to the Neo Credit card option (the white card).
7. Tap Apply now and you will be taken through the application process.
