If your card is misplaced or damaged, you can order a replacement right away from the Neo app or website.
How to request a new card
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap the Cards icon
- Tap the More icon
- Select Request new card
- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Select Cards from the menu
- Scroll down and select Request new card
Your card number, CVC, and expiry date will change when you request a replacement.
After you request a replacement card
Update your saved payment information
Your card number, CVC, and expiry date will be updated right away when you request a replacement. The previous card will no longer be active.
Add your new card to your mobile wallet
You don’t have to wait for your physical card to arrive to make purchases. Add your replacement card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or use your virtual card for online purchases.
Estimated time for standard delivery is approximately 15 business days.
