What does this mean for existing cardholders?
All existing cardholders are required to re-apply for the new Hudson’s Bay Mastercard—powered by Neo if they wish to continue with a Hudson’s Bay credit card. As the company issuing and managing the administration of the card has changed, a new card cannot be issued automatically and a new application is required. Your rewards account will be linked to your new card during your application.
