Dispute a Transaction

If you do not recognize a purchase in your transaction history or statement, start by freezing your card. Next, contact our customer support team at 1-867-322-4427 and we’ll investigate the purchase and, if necessary, freeze your account and issue you a new card.

 

Should you not recognize payments on your Money account, immediately change your account password and contact our customer support team at 1-867-322-4427.
