Why do I need to take a selfie?

In order to confirm your identity and make sure our customers are protected, when a customer signs up for a credit or Money account, part of the application process requires that they take a clear picture of their ID as well as take a selfie (front profile). These photos are used to ensure that the identity and details match those of the provided information.

What happens with the photos afterwards?

The pictures of you and your ID provided along with your application will be deleted in 90 days. Your personal information is protected and will not be shared in accordance to what’s outlined in our Privacy Policy.
