Can’t log in to your account

If you can’t log in to your Neo account, try resetting your password or logging in from a different device.

Your account may be locked if you’re unable to log in. There are multiple reasons your account might have been locked, but they all have one goal: to protect you.

How to log in to your account

Neo app

  • Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
  • Enter your email and the password you created for your account
  • Tap Sign in

Web

  • Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
  • Enter your email and the password you created for your account
  • Select Sign in

You may be asked to enter a verification code to log in to your account on a new device.

Possible reasons why your account is locked

Too many password attempts

Your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes if you enter an incorrect password multiple times when attempting to log in to your account on the Neo app or website.

Failed password reset

Your account may be locked if you enter your information incorrectly while resetting your password.

Administrative reasons

Sometimes, our team needs to review accounts for administrative reasons. We'll send you an email if we need to review your account. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to complete the review.

Our team can’t expedite the review process or unlock the account during the review.

What happens if your account is locked?

You won’t be able to log in to your account using the Neo Financial website or app. Any transaction you make with a card will be declined.
