How long will your payment take?
External financial institution
If you pay for your card from an external account, it can typically take 3-5 business days.
If this time limit has been exceeded and your funds aren’t reflected, you’ll need to contact the financial institution that you used to send the money. A common reason for payments not being processed is incorrect payee information.
Money account
If you pay for your card from your Money account, your payment should be processed within 5 minutes.
