Card delivery delays
If you recently applied for a new card or requested a replacement card, mail delivery of your physical card may be delayed during the Canada Post labour disruption.
You can still view your virtual card for online purchases or add your card to your mobile wallet to make purchases using tap.
Paper statement delivery delays
If you receive paper statements for your credit card, mail delivery of paper statements may be delayed during the Canada Post labour disruption. Please note that you are responsible for continuing to make your payments by making at least your minimum payments for each statement.
