Minimum payment

  • Updated

A minimum payment is the lowest amount you can pay towards your statement to keep your account in good standing.

Where can I find the minimum payment due?

You can see your minimum payment amount due in the Payments section of your statement.

Here’s how to view your credit statements.

If you choose to only pay the minimum payment, you’re subject to interest charges.

How is the minimum payment calculated

The minimum balance due for each statement will be equal to:

    1. $10.00 or 2.0% of your total statement balance, whichever is greater; plus
    2. All outstanding interest and fees on your card account; plus
    3. Any amount that exceeds the credit limit; or any amount that is overdue, whichever is greater.

However, if the new balance indicated on the statement is less than $10.00, it must be paid in full by the payment due date shown on that statement.

Refunds and payments

If you have received a refund, this will not count as your minimum payment. Refunds aren’t accepted as a payment. To avoid any interest charges, always ensure that your minimum payment is paid through your Money account or from an external account.
