View your payment due date

The due date for credit payment is available in your monthly statement. You may also see the upcoming due date in the Credit box.

How to view your payment due date

Neo app

1. Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
2. Go to the Accounts tab, swipe to view Credit, and select your credit account
3. Select the More icon
4. Tap View statements, then select a month to open a statement
5. View your due date under the Payment section

Web

1. Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
2. Select Credit from the side menu and select your credit account
3. Scroll down and select the Statements tab 
4. Click on a month to open your statement
5. View your due date under the Payment section

Payment reminders

Remain stress-free about your payments by setting up reminders. You’ll be notified if you have a payment due date coming up in a week.
