Your T5 is available to view on the Neo app or website. T5 slips are sent out once a year for your Money account if you earned more than $50 in interest.

Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Go to the Accounts tab, swipe to view Money, and choose an account
- Select the More icon
- Tap View T5 slips, then select the slip to view

- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Select Money from the side menu and choose an account
- Scroll down and select T5 Slips
- Select the slip to view
