- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap Perks, then select your card (if you have multiple cards)
- Choose the perk you want to subscribe to, then tap +
- Tap Subscribe, then go to your email to subscribe to your chosen perk

- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Click on Perks, then select your card (if you have multiple cards)
- Choose the perk you want to subscribe to, then tap +
- Click on Subscribe, then go to your email to subscribe to your chosen perk
How to unsubscribe perks
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap Perks, then select your card (if you have multiple cards)
- Select the perk you want to unsubscribe to, then click on Unsubscribe
Web
- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Click on Perks, then select your card (if you have multiple cards)
- Select the perk you want to unsubscribe to, then click on Unsubscribe
If you decide to cancel your subscription mid-month, cancellation will take effect on the first day of the next month. You can re-subscribe to your unsubscribed perks at anytime. Perks remain active and renew on the first day of the month.

Requesting a refund for subscribed perks
Perks are subscription-based with no commitments and are non-refundable purchases. If you subscribe to a perk, then it will remain active until the last day of the month. We understand preferences and needs change over time, so you have the freedom to unsubscribe at any time without getting further charged.
