Auto-Save makes it easier to move money between your external bank account and Money account at your desired date and frequency.
Verify that the linked account has enough money to cover automated deposits. Your bank may charge fees if there are insufficient funds.
If you choose to link an external account, deposits can take 3 to 5 business days.
How to enable Auto-Save
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Go to the Accounts tab, swipe to view Money, and choose an account
- Tap Auto-Save
- Tap on the toggle to enable Auto-Pay
- Choose an amount that you want to transfer periodically
- Select an account, set up repeats, and choose a start date
- Tap Review 🡲, then tap Confirm

- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Select Money from the side menu and choose an account
- Click on Auto-Save
- Click on the toggle to enable Auto-Pay

How to disable Auto-Save
Disable Auto-Save before an upcoming deposit to avoid an unwanted transfer. It isn't possible to cancel a transfer after the deposit date.
