If you’re a JA account holder, you’ll need to set up Autodeposit to receive the Interac e-Transfer® sent to you.
How to enable Interac e-Transfer® Autodeposit

- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap the Profile icon
- Select Interac e-Transfer®
- Tap Register and enter an email
- Check your inbox for a verification email, then tap Complete registration
