Depositing Into Your Neo Invest Account

Once a goal has been created, you can start depositing money into your account. You have the option of linking an external bank account to transfer funds or transferring from your Neo Money account. Both options will initiate an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). 

 

To choose which account you fund with:

  1. Choose the Goal you want to deposit into and select ‘+ Fund’.
  2. Select the first dropdown bar that says ‘Source’.
  • Select either ‘Neo Money’ or ‘Link another account’.
  • Follow the instructions to enter your bank’s institution information.
  • Once you’ve linked your external account, choose the amount you wish to deposit. No minimums! 
  • Choose the date for your one-time deposit or select the option to create a recurring deposit!
    • Recurring deposits can be set on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Tap ‘Confirm’, and you’re all set!

    • Note: While we’re processing your deposit, your money can take 6-9 business days to be invested. Funds are typically withdrawn after 1-2 business days from your linked account. The transaction will appear from CI Investments, OneVest’s custodian.
