How to check your transaction status

You can easily see all your transactions and those that are pending by following the steps outlined below. First, sign in to your account by using the Neo Financial app or online on our website.

Neo app

  • Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
  • Select the Credit option at the top of the page and select your account  
  • Scroll down until you find your recent transactions  

Web

  • Open the Accounts tab from the left hand side of your screen
  • Select Credit from the side menu and select your credit account
  • Scroll down until you find your recent transactions

Pending transactions will have the word 'Pending' beside the date in both the app and website. Transactions and payments made on your account usually take 2-3 business days to be posted. The 'Pending' message will disappear from your transaction once it is posted. 

Unfortunately, transactions and payments are not processed on holidays.
