Pay bills from Neo Money™ account

You can pay your bills directly from the Neo Money™️ account anytime anywhere using the Neo Financial website or Neo app. 

Put your bills on autopilot to ensure they are never missed and always paid on time.

How to pay a bill

Neo app

1. Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
2. Go to Payments and tap Pay a bill
3. Enter the Amount and tap Select a payee
4. Tap Add an organization and enter the payee name in Search organizations
5. Select payee from the list
6. Enter your account information, setup repeats payments, and schedule date
7. Tap Review → then confirm your payment

1. Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
2. Click on Payments from the left-side navigation bar, then select Pay a bill
3. Go to Search for a payee and click on + Add a bill labelled in blue
4. Enter payee name in Search for a payee
5. Select payee
6. Enter your account information, setup repeats payment, and schedule date
7. Click on Review →

Click on Confirm
