You can raise your credit limit using your linked account through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by using your Money account!
From your linked account
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Go to the Accounts tab, swipe to view Credit, and select your credit account
- Tap the More icon
- Tap Manage security funds
- Tap + Fund
- Tap your linked account
- Enter the amount you want to transfer
- Tap Transfer
Web
- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Select Credit from the side menu and select your credit account
- Click on the More icon
- Select Manage security funds
- Click on + Fund
- Select your linked account
- Enter the amount you want to transfer
- Click on Transfer
From your Money account

- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device

Security funds can only be increased using the Neo app at this time.
