How to make a payment from a Money account
You can make instant payments from your Neo Money™️ account to your Neo Secured Credit card.
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Go to the Accounts tab, swipe to view Credit, and select your credit account
- Tap Pay now
- Select Money
- Choose an amount to pay
- Tap Transfer to complete the payment
The payment will be reflected in your account instantly.
Web
- Go to member.neofinancial.com, and log in to your account
- Select Credit from the side menu and select your credit account
- Click on Pay now
- Select Money
- Choose an amount to pay
- Click on Continue to complete the payment
The payment will be reflected in your account instantly.
How to make a payment from an external bank account
Use the bill pay feature to pay from an external bank account.
- Log in online to your external bank account
- Find the Bill pay or Pay a bill feature
- Use the 16-digits on your card as the account number
- Search the payee names for Neo Financial
- Type the amount you want to pay
- Submit the payment
For in-person or telephone banking, you’ll need to provide the account number (your credit card number), payee name (Neo Financial), and amount.
If you’re unable to find Neo Financial in the list of payees, try looking for Mastercard, Neo Financial, or Neo Financial Technologies LTD./Inc.
About payments to a secured credit card
Security fund
Your security fund can’t be used as a payment for your monthly statement. If you want to close your account permanently, you may be able to use your security to pay off your balance.
Contact us if you are looking to close your account and want to use your security fund.
Late or missed payments
You may be charged interest if your payment is past the due date or is not the full amount based on your statement.
