How to report missing cashback
Before you proceed, explore the Rewards map to make sure that the location you used your card at is still a Neo partner. Here's how you can view Neo cashback partners.
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap the Credit or Money box (based on the card you used)
- Select the transaction you want to report for missing cashback
- Tap Report missing reward
Web
- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Select Credit or Money from the menu (based on the card you used)
- Select the transaction you want to report for missing cashback
- Select Report missing reward
